SAI Platform Annual Event 2019 promises a distinctive experience as we dovetail it to Field to Market’s Conference on June 25. Members will have access to the FtM conference on June 25, offering multiple networking opportunities and a joint SAI Platform/FtM dinner. Both events will take place at the same venue.

Over the past decade, consumers have shown increasing interest in where and how their food is produced, and many leading brands and retail companies have responded by setting ambitious sustainable sourcing commitments. However, the value of sustainably sourced raw materials continues to spark debate, and voluntary programs with farmers are difficult to scale in the absence of a price premium. Join Field to Market on Tuesday, June 25 for a Cross-Sector Dialogue to explore lessons learned from recent engagements as well as what the next decade of sustainable procurement programs could look like, including creative strategies for strengthening the value proposition for all segments of the supply chain, from farmers to the retail shelf.
