CANCELLATIONS AND TRANSFERS
Since SAI Platform incurs certain expenses prior to the Annual Event, please note the following cancellation policy:
For any cancellations received on and before May 24, 2019, you will get a 80% refund. Please note that the refund includes the fees for the SAI Platform Annual Event (26-27-28 June), and doesn’t include the fees for FtM event (June 25).
For any cancellations after May 24, 2019, SAI Platform will charge a no-show fee of $100.
Substitutions from the same organisation are welcome at no additional fee.
To make a substitution or cancellation, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or bring a written email from the person who will not be attending to the onsite registration counter. This will simplify the transfer process and expedite registration.
